Sports betting: odds, markets and the rules of sports bonuses
If the platform offers sports betting, it runs on rules of its own, separate from the casino — bonuses included. Sports wagering usually comes with minimum odds per bet, restrictions on accumulators and markets that do not count. This section explains those rules and the basics of odds and markets, without claiming which sports or markets Jonbet offers.
Decimal odds in a minute
Decimal odds show the total return per unit staked. A winning bet returns stake × odds. Illustrative example, not a Jonbet condition: 20 at odds of 2.50 returns 50 if it wins (30 profit). The implied probability is 1 ÷ 2.50 = 40%. Across all outcomes, implied probabilities add up to more than 100% — the excess is the bookmaker's margin.
Guides by sport and bet type

Sports bonuses: what changes
- Minimum odds. Bets below a set price do not count toward wagering.
- Accumulators. Some terms require a minimum number of selections and minimum odds per selection.
- Cash-out. Bets settled early may not count.
- Void bets. Refunds and push results generally do not count.
- Free bets. The free-bet stake is often not returned with the profit.
Illustrative example, not a Jonbet condition: a sports bonus of 100 with 5x wagering and minimum odds of 1.80 needs 500 in bets at 1.80 or higher. A bet of 50 at 1.50 adds nothing. Before accepting, compare with the casino wagering guide: the principles are the same, the clauses differ.
Casino and sports do not mix
Casino bonuses rarely count sports bets, and vice versa. If a casino bonus is active, check whether a sports bet uses real or bonus money and whether that affects wagering.
Budget before markets
Sports betting feels more skill-based than slots, which makes it easier to justify bigger stakes after a loss. Set a weekly budget and a fixed stake per bet before looking at any market, and keep a simple record of results. If the record shows you chasing losses, step back; the responsible gambling page lists tools and free support.
