Bonus terms: the clauses that decide your withdrawal

Promotion terms mix clauses that matter with boilerplate. This page separates the lines that actually change the outcome — the ones that, if missed, void a bonus or lock a withdrawal. Use it as a reading list whenever you meet a new offer at Jonbet or anywhere else.

1. Maximum bet with an active bonus

The clause that voids the most bonuses. While bonus money or wagering is running, each bet is capped at an amount or a percentage. A single bet above the cap can cost you the bonus and the winnings. Illustrative example, not a Jonbet condition: a cap of 10 per round. One bet of 12, even by mistake, can be enough for cancellation. On slots the cap applies per spin; feature buys may count as one bet; in crash games each bet of the round counts separately.

2. Deadlines

Deadline to activate the offer after depositing.
Deadline to use free spins.
Deadline to complete wagering.

After the deadline, bonus money and related winnings expire.

3. Excluded games and contribution

The contribution table says how much each category counts; the exclusion list says where you may not bet with the bonus at all. Many terms forbid minimum-risk strategies such as covering almost every roulette number. Details in game contribution.

4. Balance order

Some platforms spend real money first, others bonus money first, others lock both together. This defines what you lose by cancelling and what you can withdraw mid-way. See withdrawing with an active bonus.

5. Withdrawal cap

Common in no-deposit and free-spin offers: it limits winnings converted to withdrawable money. The excess is removed.

6. One account and ownership

One account per person and payments in your own name. Mismatched names between account and payment method are a common reason for blocked withdrawals.

7. Right to change

Terms usually let the platform change or end offers. Keep a copy or screenshot of the terms on the day you opt in — it is your reference if something changes mid-way.
