Withdrawing with an active bonus — and how to decline or cancel one
The most common clash between players and platforms looks like this: a bonus is active, wagering is not finished and the player requests a withdrawal. What happens depends on two clauses — the order in which balances are used and the cancellation rule. This page walks through the usual scenarios and shows how to avoid surprises, including by declining the bonus before you start.
Jonbet's exact rules are in its general bonus terms and in each offer's terms. The scenarios below are generic and tell you what to look for.
Real balance and bonus balance
With an active bonus, an account usually holds two balances: real money (your deposit and released winnings) and bonus money. The order of use defines what is yours at any moment.
| Model | How it works | Effect on withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| Real money first | Bets use the deposit before the bonus | Withdrawal possible while real money remains, under the terms |
| Bonus first | Bets use the bonus first | Real money stays untouched until the bonus is gone |
| Combined | Deposit and bonus are locked together | Withdrawal only after wagering or cancellation |
Illustrative example, not a Jonbet condition: deposit 100 and bonus 100 under the combined model. You win and reach 260 before finishing wagering. Requesting a withdrawal may require cancelling the bonus, which removes the bonus and the winnings attributed to it — what remains can be far less than 260.
Requesting a withdrawal before wagering is done
The three usual outcomes: the request is blocked until wagering is complete; the request goes through but the bonus and related winnings are removed; or only the available real balance can be withdrawn. The terms say which one applies. If in doubt, ask support in writing before you press withdraw.
How to decline a bonus at deposit
- In the cashier, before confirming, see whether an offer is pre-selected.
- Untick it or choose the no-bonus option.
- Confirm the deposit and check your profile to make sure no bonus was activated.
- If a bonus was activated by mistake, contact support before placing any bet.
Cancelling an active bonus
Many platforms let you cancel a bonus in your profile. Cancelling usually removes the bonus balance and winnings made with it, while remaining real money becomes free. Illustrative example, not a Jonbet condition: with 80 of real money and 60 of bonus, cancelling may leave the 80 available and remove the 60. Do the maths first — sometimes finishing wagering is better, sometimes cancelling early is.
Verification and ownership
Regardless of bonuses, withdrawals normally require a verified account, and payment methods in your own name. See withdrawals at Jonbet.
