Promo codes: the key to an offer, not its rules

A promo code is a string of letters and numbers that activates a specific offer. It works like a key: it identifies which promotion you want. What it never does is change that promotion's rules. Wagering, deadline, maximum bet, eligible games and withdrawal cap stay exactly as written in the terms, with or without a code.

We do not publish Jonbet codes. Valid codes appear in the platform's own channels — the promotions area, account emails, messages in your profile — each with the terms of the matching offer.

Where codes are usually entered

  1. At sign-up, in an optional code field — common for first-deposit offers.
  2. In the cashier, before confirming a deposit — common for reloads.
  3. In the promotions area of your profile — common for one-off offers and free spins.

If the field is not where the offer says, ask support before depositing. Entering a code after the deposit often no longer activates the offer.

What to check before using a code

ItemWhat to look for in the terms
Code validityLast date to activate
Minimum depositAmount that qualifies
Eligible methodsPayment methods accepted for the promo
Wagering and deadlineVolume and days to clear
Single useWhether it works once per account or person

Illustrative example, not a Jonbet condition: a code giving 30 in bonus with 40x wagering requires 1,200 in qualifying bets. The code does not make that maths any lighter.

Fake codes and coupon sites

Code lists on unknown sites, chat groups and comment threads are the shortest route to scams: pages that imitate a platform and ask for your login, ID or card details. Use only codes found inside your account or in the platform's official channels. If an «exclusive code» asks for your password or a payment to someone, it is a scam. The page on alternative addresses explains how to spot copies.

Codes and automatic offers

Some offers need no code and apply when you select them in the cashier. Others require the code and ignore the selection. If you enter a code and also select another offer, the general terms decide which applies — usually one per deposit.

Declining is still an option

Having a code does not oblige you to use it. If the wagering does not fit your style of play, deposit without a code and play with real money; see withdrawing with an active bonus for why that keeps withdrawals simple.

Frequently asked questions

Does a promo code increase the bonus?
The code activates the offer described in the terms. Any difference in value comes from the offer, not the code.
Can I use the same code on two accounts?
Offers are usually limited to one per person or device. Multiple accounts generally break the terms.
I forgot to enter the code. What now?
Contact support in writing before playing. Some platforms adjust it, others do not.
Do codes from coupon sites work?
There is no guarantee and a real risk of scams. Prefer codes shown inside your account.

To understand what follows the code, read bonus terms and the wagering guide.
